I'm having trouble

ok first thing story mode wins don't count on the scores, so you could have beaten it 1000 times it won't make any difference, you have to play on the servers to get wins and unlock characters
secondly have you got a registered account on the game if yes, then log onto it and then play on the servers, if not register an account and winning will unlock the characters aswell and hey presto you should be done :biggrin:
