It's lag, just because u see ur opponent not blocking doesn't mean he wasn't blocking...In ur opponents screen, he might be blocking, but his command of block didn't send to ur computer, just the game....Do you understand..I tried to make it sound easy to explain...Did you know that wolverines Drill Claw X has more damage against cyclops??..And did you know if you were ryu and did like 2 supers against wolverine, he would take like a estimated 70% damage???...but if he blocks, wolverine heals...
