but some will do anything to win, I mean a win is a win at the end of the day, but this dont include cheating using SPEED GEAR, who some users do I will not say who.
Ifusing RD at level 1 is his way of winning, then that his method, you have to learn from that and block and anticipate. I am not taking sides but rather saying, each character has his or hers special move, in akuma's case his speciality is obviously raging demon, limit the move you limit the character, limit the character you limit the fight and could be argued to a certain extent it is unfair.
