In Marvel vs. Capcom (I think) and Marvel vs. Capcom 2, Ryu had the Shin Shoryuken. It took three super levels and dealt 80 points of damage to the opponent (about half of the life bar).

Anyways, if it were added, there'd be too many people who worked up the super bar JUST to Shin Shoryuken people. It'd be like the Shinkuu-aholics, only every time they slammed a Shin Shoryuken down half your life would go down.
NO NO NO that is completely wrong, Shin Shoryuken first appeared in the Versus series in Marvel vs. Street Fighter and it only takes ONE super bar to do, like any other super. I always use it for a finisher in M vs. SF (cause I like hearing the announcer) so i'm not sure how much it takes off (I'd say around 4/12 the life bar)

Dam i'm bored...
