Well, ever since alot of people started using Cyclops cheaply, everyone now looks down on Cyclops users, just because he has some moves that can be cheap ifused that way. I for one, don't think so, its just how the player uses him. If you do more than optic blast, and include his other moves, which I think are actually pretty good, then you should be ok. If you can use him in a way that's not repetitive, then you might actually get some respect.
