ok lets not be ignorant and put n00bz in to mind.Lets say a new person comes into the game and they dont knoe wut to do and dont knoe which chars r the best, they will obviously recieve false information from those pplz that just wunt wins.
i think we shud have stats for every character for example:
Ryu- attack:|░░░ |
defense:|░░ |
speed:|░░░ |

and do that for every char. in the game and i dont knoe maybe this might work but every time u reach a certain amount of wins maybe u cud increase ur character's stats until u have the ultimate ryu
so how about it?
