You cannot just change up config for Evil ryu because if you do that, you're just making Evil ryu normal ryu with different pallette for his gi. The only reason you can do the aerial hadouken with Evil ryu is because someone thought it would give VIPs the "edge" that they actually needed and not because we wanted to "change" the main game play of the street fighter characters
And besides, if you like your game play the way it is with Normal Ryu, you can always use the rf transformation during battle and transform into normal Ryu and fight. I don't really think there's any need working on the capcom and the game's "default config" for the character.[/quote

Hmmmm I see,
I never tought of it that way,
I dont really have a problem with the controls. I just tought maybe it could be better. but now I understand why they are like that. Well if that's the case I guess Capcom would not be happy with changing it either. And with normal controls you would not be able to do the hadoken 5 millimeter above the ground 7 times in a row. Only Evil Ryu can terrorise like that. ('or maybe its a glitch') He is the best fighter in the game. but anyway thank you for your comment man. I know enough now. Peace..!
