[color=#000000ost_uid9]i got a virus (trojan horse) on my comp. how do i get it out?

what i already know and have tried
Norton has been disabled by the virus (most of the new virus's will disable Norton as the first thing they do) and using norton's online virus scan (which wasn't disabled) i managed 2 identify the virus's location (2 of them)

unfortunately i cannot delete them through conventional methods (delete button) and when tryed 2 isolate 1 of em (put them in2 a new folder away from where i thought it could do damage and then delete them) but in trying so, the virus was duplicated.

any suggestions would b very appreciated ty[/colorost_uid9]
