i dont have a credit card, can i still become a vip member, or any other title group?

Yeah.. you can get sponsored by a VIP Member.. and you'll be a Sponsored VIP since a VIP Member paid for you.. don't ask to be sponsored on the forum because its a forum rule and not only that, you'll probably lower your chance of becoming a sponsored VIP.. (you shouldn't do it on the game either.)

Good things they can get your sponsored:

-Good Attutide
-Helpful
-Not asking VIPS to sponsor you
-Making Banners
-and much more things that are great to do for the community !!!
