alright.. here is the breakdown...

the char selection screen is based on your wins... your wins are taken by the game from the server when you login...

if the server is busy or is lagged, it may not give your game the correct number of wins...

solution ?? waiting 2 minutes and logging back in will solve this 99% of the time :biggrin:

... you should NOT need to clear your cache or press "F5" in this particular case...
