scan lines should only b used when a pic or bg dunt look so well... to make horizontal scan lines make a 1 x 2 pic and make one pixel white the other black... lower the opacity if youwant to around 75% or u can jus leave it like that... then go edit define pattern give it sum name... then go to the pic where u wanna place the scan lines and go to edit fill... and find ur pattern and hit ok.
