You see to have level strenght specials like Street Alpha 3. You would have use one to two to three punch or kick buttons...at a time. Lets say you like myselfuse the normal set up of two punch buttons when releasing a shinkuhadoken. That would become a level 2 special combo... and if you played to unleash 3 special combos instead of just 2 out of a leveling setting of 3 power levels you've basicily put yourself in a bad issue. You see your thinking along the lines the advantage it will have for fast Pcs. Your basing your findings offusers that have Speed gear or amazingily fast PCs.... Ok...It wouldn't be fair to the average speed pc's...it'd be purely unfair...
