Yes this does happen once in a while. TMy has his plate full of problems to take care of. He must choose those that cause more problems than the ones that don't, and also the ones that occur more often.
This "extra round" bug rarely happens. It's happened to me once, and I've been playing for almost 3 years. There is no solution for it. sorry.
