Well as for Ryu and Wolverine....any noob can learn a few basic moves, Hadouken, Bezerker Barrage....and do that over and over....or the drill claw....So that doesn't show the who is the best.....
But Chunli is a different story, even if you learn how to do the moves, you have to learn how to use them correctly.....and thus that is more acceptable as to who is the best ChunLi player

Drill Claw should only be used agains people that repeat the same move over and over...Or for evading a super move...
