Well.. I agree with American Badass.. Since I'm a VIP, I would want my perks activated whenever I feel... And when I join games... ####s would just turn my perks off, and would wanna fight like that. Causing a person with a ROUTER to fight without their perks most of the time.
Get where I'm going with this? The same goes for a person without a router, ppl with cable..DSL..ect.. It will still be the same, when they wanna join a game it will be hard for them sometimes to have thier perks activated while joining a game. There's only ONE way you can have your perks activated when you join a game. That's when fighting a true gamer, and their aren't many of those today in this game. Edited By Hollis on 1094772386
