The thing I did was.. Pay bob 5.00$ and he did it with his grand mother's credit card for me. If your friend has a credit card, or his/her parents/grand parents has a credit card.. Why don't you ask them to do it for ya. Just like I did. Bob's my cuzin and.. I just got permission from him.
