And you are experiencing lag. Lag is a problem in network games where u might see yourself harming your opponent where he is actually harming you and your damage gets severely delayed. It gets annoying but its always there. Some people lag more then others depending on their internet connection. Even if both ofuhave fast connections you will still experience lag.
