Want a twiztid tim sig?!?! - This may be possible!

Main Colors: A dark blue coloration like the sky at night time.
Pictures: I would like pictures of Ryu that blend into the sky. text: I would like it to say "All Will Fall Before Me", also could you make the text slowly fade into the background.
Any Animation?: I would like Ryu charging up his super hadoken and shooting it out with him on the ground, like he was outside or something. Also if it is possible could you make the background look like the sky has lightning coming from it.
What size?: I would like it the same size as yours.
Border?: If you think a certain border would look good on the banner, than I'll trust your opinion.
Any specific date it has to be done by?: I would appreciate if it could be done as soon as you can.

here it is wut u said (yd u call me sunshine ??? ) well for ALL THE TIME SEARCHING I found the ironman blocking pic here and the special (but it's akuma not ryu..) :shocked: and here it is juz do wut i said in the quote :laughlong:
