No, the problem is when you press down and up, the character sometimes jumps regularly (the character doesn't super jump). This happens a lot on computers that aren't as strong or fast (like mine). Which means when you're low on life and you know the opponent is going to do a super beam-like attack that takes up half the screen or the whole screen and you want to super jump, but you couldn't, then you lose.
