ok this is one of the hosting sites: http://www.imageshack.us/ If you want to make a avatar or a tag then you have to get photoshop. Here is another link where to get a photoshop: http://www.adobe.com/products/tryado...jsp#product=39 click on photoshop elements, it was made for beginners like you. Now if you want to get good at photoshop then i suggest to go to this site: http://www.good-tutorials.com i think thats all you need to know. Ps: the main thing is don't rip, meaning don't cut out something like a background from another person's work. Thats stealing and its wrong. Peace Out Bro....
