First, I would like to state this: There are only 3 reasons why I have ever turned ANYONE down a match REGAURDLESS OF MY RANK (this is referring to after my newbie period of the game....)
1. I am chating and haven't turned on DND yet.
2. WAY TOO MANY NEWBIES HAVE BEEN CHALLENGING ME,(this happened to me recently and my fighting abilities went down the toilet) so I stop accepting matches from as many newbies.
3. I have already promised someone else a fight who is in the chat room.

With that said, I accept your challenge/anyone elses challenge any time, server, host, mode. I am also dissapointed with who the the higher ranked members fight, but it's their right (this does not mean ALL high ranked members). My advice to you is openly challenge them on the tournament/challenges forum.
