DOA 3 is the best...dunna care whatcha all say.
...any fighting game with 50+ moves per character, along with beautifull 3d models and meshes that have as little collision/clipping issues like DOA 3 has, cant be beat. I think many dont like DOA 3 because it's not a complete button mashing game. It takes skill,learning, and precise button combos inorder to be successfull...admittedly though, the parry/counter moves can be uber cheap and take alot of fun out of the game...but only to the fools dumb enough to be caught by them.
