No wonder I thought cyc\|ops was gay he doesn't have all his moves... This souldn't be a new feature......No wonder cyc\|ops can't stand up to Ryu....he only at 66% of his true skill. Ryu can perform his air Shinku Hadoken. When cyc\|ops can't perform his air special....
