Not being able to block? This happens to me (sometimes) only when my opponent does a special and I'm blocking it.
It looks like my Ryu just decides to realese his block and start to get hit. In story mode it cannot lag because of the fact that you are not connecting with another computer. Practice mode runs the same speed as your computer. As you can notice the lag in practice mode is ? ? ?. Basicly meaning "No lag"... Edited By Master_Jay on April 30 2004 at 18:01
