Bison never killed any of the member of SFA3(he's the one ending up dieing). If you played SFA3 and beat the game with Guile,you will see that bison didn't kill Charlie, While Charlie was holding Bison for Guile to escape .once it blows up, charlie escape, it's not good to give it away that charlie still alive.
