Platform reveiw - whats hot,whats not

Let the brutal attack of steventhebol's post commence.

The Nintendo GameCube is not a kiddie system. It irritates me so much, having people type/say that. There are Teen and Mature rated games that will be released for it; Nintendo made it a point to mention that. Also, Pikmin isn't stupid looking. It was made by Miyamoto (creator of Mario and Zelda), and that's good enough for me. By the way, Super Smash Bros. Melee is rated Teen. You are focusing too much on what Nintendo themselves are releasing for it, and not paying attention to the third-party game makers that have plans for this system.

The X-Box... an enigma that anybody would like it. The GameCube can do anything that the X-Box can currently, and do it better, too. X-Box has no good, well-made games (no, Halo runs at 30fps, and slows down like ####). There are no redeeming qualities for the X-Box, period.
