See if this work. Go to start then click on control panel. Then Click Add/Remove Program. Once it's done go to the site. Click start game then Mirror1. A site will pop up about shockwave. Click download then it should start downloading. Once it done go back to the site. The loading bar should be loading. Ifur using a 56k, it will take 30minute-1hr before u start playing.
