More guests then members? - Puzzling

Why does it always appear the official forum has more guests then members? Id like to see the official forum with more active members instead of guests so why is it that these guests do not always register? It would be nice having somemore people but not ALOT ALOT more. But then again wit more ppl come more ####s that haft to be dealt on so give me ur opinion of this....

I just find it weird that so many of them choose to remain guests instead of becoiming part of the member community.
