haven't got a clue, i would like to know as well, but it would need all of the characters stats to make a tier list, which i dont have.
and karma, as long as there are differences in characters there will be tiers. they only show which character has a slight advantage, like cyc|ops vs ryu, cyc|ops has an advantage even without being cheap because his beams have priority over ryu's hadoukens. wolver |
