well i have my own idea.
suppose he meant goku when he is not a supersaiyen against ryu. but if ryu were to i don't know.. turn into evil ryu. goku would have to turn supersaiyen just to keep up. in my opinion goku and ryu would be evenly matched(since it would be easy for ryu to learn how to fly since he has good in his heart except for his ahem "case" of "skiztofrenia") |
