After yoiu have down loaded the SFO.exe zip file, double click it to install the game.
It will create a folder on you C:// drive called "Street FighterOnline" and install the game executable into it. Then download all the characters,sounds,backgrounds,and music .cct files and place them into you StreetFighterOnline folder. Then open the StreetFighterOnline folder and double click one of the SFO icons that starts the game.
