they are the same, except that guile is more DENFESE then attack, while charlie has more offense moves ! he's more comboable !
but other then that, they are the same, because they are true friends to each other and they always worked together. that's why they are the same. kinda like RYU and KEN, they studied together and have the same methods but different styles. same for guile and charlie, same techs, different method ! but i like guile better, h'e better looking. i mean charlie seems to have an emergency vest. you know that thing that make you float if you fall overboard on a boat !
