Optic blast - Out of hand

little CYCLOPS HISTORY for those who weren't there back then !

* CYCLOPS CAME OUT *
PROB : optic blast were coming out so fast that you even could have blasted twice in a second !
SOL : tmyapp reduced the speed of the optic blasts

PROB : it still was too fast
SOL : TMYAPP reduced it again... now optic blast takes about 2 seconds before able to fire another.

PROB : OPTIC SWEEP hitting you reguardless of your position on the screen.
SOL : TMYAPP changed the COLISION DETECTION of the optic sweep.

PROB : OPTIC SWEEP still hit you when you jump, but not as much as it used to be.
SOL : TMYAPP changed the colision detection again... that's were we are at for that prob... it still hits you , but a lot less high then it use to !

PROB : optic blast are abused by users...
SOL : no solution can be aplyed here... if OPTIC BLAST are delayed even more, then there would be no need for them anymore and cyclops will lose the only attacks of interest he has !

EXAMPLE:
get rid of WOLVERINE's HEALING FACTOR... you get rid of wolverine itself. because for those who don't know ####, wolverine is not just about CLAWS... without his healing factor he is nothing.

same applies to all chars !

RYU W/O HADOKENS = not ryu
ERYU W/O RAGING DEMON = not eryu
SPIDEY W/O any WEB SHOOTING = not spidey

see were i go like that...
so before asking for things like you ask, start by asking yourself if it reallly would help the char before !

chars have to stay themselves, even if you modify them !
i agree that the optic blasts are abused, but guys/ have you ever notice how you can JUMP FORWARD while blocking ?

i use that method, forwards and backwards.
it works like a charm dudes !
so i say, unless you don't know how to block in this game, then you got a clear problem with the chars themselves !

cheapness is not a default, its a way of play.
just like hand to hand is a way of play.
you just gotta deal with it !
