Before I retired, I used Cyclops heavily. I was cheap only when my opponent was cheap. I recall one time that a VIP said I was cheap with Cyclops even though I haven't used Optic Blast over and over.
From me: Who says people that use optic blast over and over are those people that cry and whine at the arcades when they lose(or because it's harder to do that or both  ).
