Ryu agaist Wolverine is pretty simple, Wolverine is all about close range, so hadoken is his Number one weakness, other than Shinku Hadoken. Against Cyclops I like to get in close, so I jump forward and block (so he doesn't get you with the annoying Optic Sweep). Once you are close, you can juggle him with Hurrican kick or continuously uppercut and Shoryuken. Of course, use super moves when your meter is full!
