just for you MINDLESS ASS, unless you were voting on different computers, only one vote has been registered and the other have been counted as a FAKE !

i knoiw, i have voted for dan hibiki and then voted like 7 times in a row for CAMMY, all votes were taken care of, but unfortunately, the whole 7 of them were counted as FAKE !

why ?
because IP ADRESSES !

IP = adresse of the computer, can only be one over the whole internet and is registered by ARPA or something like this (my network history class is far behind)

since there can be no ADRESS on the net that is identicals... it means that if you voted for JUGGERNAUGHT oncem you'r eIP was taken in and then if you voted on the same computer again, then seeing how the same ip voted again, they didn't putted him on the char, but in the FAKE category !

FAKE = cheating votes

see... you cannot have voted twice, even if it was with any other name you could have !
cause it uses the IP as the base to know if the person already voted !
so unless you weren't on the same comp when you voted, the second vote wasn't even taken and was rejected, thus making him part of the 14XX FAKE votes there had !
