ill have to say...dragon ball z....quality and quantity think of it...dragon ball chars keep getting stronger and theres more and more of them....think of the meta cooler army....there were thousands them alone could take street fighter....goku pikkon androids 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 and 20 vegeta majin buu hell any of the buus could prolly take street fighter.. cell i mean not to diss street fighter...but still i think dragon ball would win
