Look ppls..You believe in what you believe..if youthink you can do a hadouken or a chi ball,then its cool cause its your opinion and your idea.

Along with the ppl that don't think they can do that,then just give up and try other things man.. :biggrin:

To do my energy technique it took me about seven times to get it right, but SSJ Karma's technique only took me one time to get it right.

the way i feel my energy is like this:
1.put your hands forming a ball like your holding one
2.think of nothing and try to focus but dont think on focusing
3.dont move and leave your hands the way they are
4.you should feel a numb felling in your palms

azn your feel your energy gave me a headache but the original one worked maybe i did it wrong or maybe that was your intention

Funny, I should be saying that to you right now. However, keep trying. You are, at the very least, coming very close to being a natural at this; if you're just starting out.

Wargun, your headache problem lies with the fact that you've been trying too hard or too much at one time. Try not to push yourself too much, too fast if you are just starting out. It would be a fatal mistake to go too fast and drain yourself completely; or give yourself one of the largest migranes in history (which would, of course, shatter your mind). Take it slow, feel it out, and whatever you do, don't force it.

some times however if you just let loose and go balistic you can feel you energy as well... I don't know..... I think a person's energy releases on it's own when necessary.... but if you train enough I think it's possible to do so at a persons own accord after all our race has been trying to do so seince we first came into existance....... just a thought.
