Karma, what if Victim A, flamed Victim B, because B did something, but really didn't. Then the tPic is closed, to B is screwed and has to make a new thread which will take uP sPace.
I say just let 'es solve their own mess, right? You wouldn't want a Mod to close every toPic and NEVER a conclusion to the part! But if it's a RACISM Flame, or flame without a reason, then that should ofcourse be DELETED!!!
