This is a good Idea, but what my concern is, Why would the Cable/DSL users want a slower version of the game?
I mean if it's too fast, they can just Play as "Normal" instead of Turbo! It also runs smoother than PeoPle think it does.. So Why get a Slower version for the Modem users?
