Simply terrible - Distasteful advertising

As you can see, this is a piece run in Electronic Gaming Monthly covering Socom II. The picture is of Russian soldiers holding copies of the game. Take note of the black cloth ribbons wrapped on the bottom left of the boxes.

The pictures the soldiers are actually holding are of fallen Russian soldiers of the Sofrinskaya brigade, killed in action fighting the war in Chechnya.

I am very upset about this. It is a horrible mockery of values that should not be tampered with; an absence of respect for the dead almost completely, used to advertise a video game.
