But he's right, he did win TOC3. I, like many others in that tourny, was horribly rapped by TarkanX. Fear Tetsuo did beat tarkanx, but b/c of some speculation about fear tetsuo giving out the Drunken Smasher's clan pw Zing79, for some reason, took the win from fear tetsuo and gave it to tarkanx.
