I KNEW fear tetsuo was going to post here. But he's right, he did win TOC3. I, like many others in that tourny, was horribly rapped by TarkanX. Fear Tetsuo did beat tarkanx, but b/c of some speculation about fear tetsuo giving out the Drunken Smasher's clan pw Zing79, for some reason, took the win from fear tetsuo and gave it to tarkanx.
Anyone that wants any further info on any past tourny's(including TOC's) should go here

FYI, two of your "great fighters" were there, Nferno999 and MVC2sucks... both of which lost their second round fights.
