The scoring system needs to be tweaked

I think we may have something with caps idea..
I do need to point out though that I dont have a problem with the scoring system the way it is, it terms of getting half the difference between to 2 players. That is a decent idea. I do think however that the penalty for facing someone ahead of you and losing should be the same as what you stand to gain. That way if you go .500 against him, you woun't lose ground, but instead you'll only gain a small amount on him (due to tricky math, you would always get net gain on the top guys as long as you could go .500 or better against him).
But caps idea fixes zaks major concern...I think their should be an unofficial server for the top peeps, we should reside their exclusively, and let anyone enter that server if they want...BUT because everyone would know who was in there, if you challenged somebody you would know what your getting into. That means you could impose my larger loss penalties, and it would be no ones fault but your own if you lost a ton of pts in there, cause you should have known before you went in there what could happen.
