Look, there is no such thing when a woman becomes a man they make a penis out of what is already there...they don't attach some elses...I'd go into more detail but again children are here. As for the man with no penis. They usually try and attach the penis, his penis, really soon there's a time limit. And if his is gone or not clean cut like with a knife then well he's out of luck and has to pee with a tube....forever and ever...but they can make a more normal looking one...if there is more than a nub left....like they would the woman becoming a man.
