im a guy, and even i agree, it was in self-defense, she shouldnt be panalized for protecting herself

Man. Not cool.
How are they gonna try and give her time for self-defence. That's soo bull. Sometimes i wonder. How much the justice system works (i say that in overall, not just the US, since i'm Canadian). Something is wrong when someone is punished for defending his/herself. On the positive side, we likely won't rape another person ever again. |
...also if she was being raped at the time how would she have called the police? pull out a cell phone in the middle of it?

Well if it was in self defence, than the guy deserves it. If she did that to him later on and not when she was being raped then thats a different story.
