i see, but by saying i cannot believe in what i believe you are going against what you tell me. i really dont give if this country is free, cus it sure aint. unfortunately people cannot be saved by will alone. i have had too many family memebers die because WILL couldnt save them. good people die young. right now i cannot see the loss of body parts of my friend being such a positive thing. she was the nicest person with the most altruistic attitude, and she was positive all her life. so why did she get cancer? i never said that u where wrong, but i EXPRESSED a belief that proof is something taboo these days. id rather have a doctor come up to me with a real treatment than a voodoo doctor (as effective as it might be) with his magic. i tried using "alternative" methods of treatment but when it came down to it i had to get surgery. its from experience that i talk. if there is something that could make dreams come true, it has let me down time and time again. only once did i get what i wished for and somehow, everytime i wish for something regarding my boyfriend i get it. is this "god's" plan for me? to serve a man? i figure that what u talk about is just the power of perception. if you perceive the world in the way you like you can believe anything. right now i can easliy tell myself the sky is red by changing my perception of the world. i've looked all my life for some power or something that i could believe in, and time after time it was destroyed right in front of me, so i conclude, the power, the perception, all that matters is what you want. nothing, and i mean, nothing is real, because what is what to one is something else to another. the key will always be perception and nothing can change that unless we all share one mind. if we have the power to do good, then why is a country like this one subject to such primitive desires such as killing? why do we invest money in nukes that could destroy earth 6 times over? the thing is, what u dont know cant hurt you, and it surely seems that the power is something no one will really ever know about. anyway, the thread started with a little playful set of instructions to simulate something that could be thought of as energy manipulation. http://holisticvetpetcare.com/healing-energy.htm
there is a scientific explanation for healing with energy. u can also look up more on google etc... please define this power. no examples, the exact defenition. until i can picture what you talk about i cannot see what you do. strange how i can start a topic about what i heard and the entire world will come on me and say im a freakken idiot for saying this and that re-incarnation doesnt happen, when i never said i believed in it but was just stating a theory, yet... i cannot do the same in another topic, being scolded by someone who didnt even start the topic. once again, perception can be at times distorted. i advise to all to please get informed, read carefully, and then come to conclusions. i can tollerate what is reasonable, but this type of criticism is very usettleing.
