once again your muscles cannot lift and INFINITE amount of weight. everybody has their own limit to how strong they can get. im not saying you can't build up to lifting a ton. im saying you cannot get strong enought to lift things like mountains or crap like that. oh and you can get to much air into your lungs till they explode. but not by sucking in too much air but more like having someone pump the air into your lungs until they burst because your lungs are like balloons if they get too big and can't hold anymore stuff then they burst. but why are we continuing this anyways .. were not gonna agree so bygone be bygones i'll beleive what i think and is true and you can do also. but i will say energy as in moving things or making energy balls is not real. its a figment of people's overactive imagination.
