First, rules regaurding being invited:

1. You HAVE to have been here for at least a year by August 7, 2003. No exceptions.

2. Having played the game (quite a lot) is something we look for in most vets. As with anything, there's some we've found to have played more then others (ex: Nferno666 has played a LOT more then CptnAmerica). But at least for your time, it's expected of almost everyone in here that they played more then the average amount (less games played is to be expected with earlier days as there were fewer people to fight).

3. Having a good reputation of posting at the official forum is a large bonus. Not required, but certainly helps to point out if you're a vet or not. And it has to have been at the official forum btw. No other forum suffices.

4. "Community service" or really anything that helps out the community that you've done really boosts your chances of being added to the invitation list.

5. Winning major tournaments. If you've actually won something big (like one of the first 3 TOC's) then you're automatically invited. However, these tournaments have to have been hosted before August 7, 2002.

And now, for the rules in the tournament.

- There will be NO vip characters or Onslaughts used in any matches. All others are fine.

- Matches will be best out of 5.

- Time and helpers can be decided by the people fighting.

- Level 0 is a REQUIREMENT for starting out. And no tag.

How the tournament will be hosted:

Standard email/find and fight type of tournament. Each fighter will be givin their opponent each round (as well as any ways to contact them) and can return the results to either myself or KidKrazypoop. 1st hoster will be decided by us (the tournament hosters) and will likely be decided on the vets' records.

The tournament starts August 7, each round should last approximately 3-5 days. So if you don't get yor fights in, you don't move on.

Sorry pip, but the only person in that list I would possibly consider a vet would be nightcrawler. why? he always acted respectable, had more than 3 working brain cells, and was just a pretty cool guy. Not everyone on your list is a noob(only like 2 ppl) but just not a vet
