i got my hair flying and my hands hurting as hell after rubbing em so hard... and I tried thinking i was scratching myself instead the itch gone worse meh, i couldn't get anyting workin :cry:

i don't think it will ever be possible for us to levitate things without modern technology.

as far as this energy things goes, im pretty sure there is a logical explanation for why this happens.Oh and don't concentrate too hard you might burst a blood vessel....ewww.

the closest thing to energy i can think of would be the sheer force of someone's punch or kick generating wind or somthing as they punch the air.

but ive never seen that happen but theorictialy it could happen ..sorta like time travel.

put you hands like RYU / GOKU does by doing their super moves... kinda like you were holding a ball. then simply focus your mind on your energy. just stay clear on that thought, because if anything else comes in mind then it is gonna delay the result.

at first, your hands will be close from each other, then when you sens the air in the middle become hotter and hotter, then expand the ball little by little. i have been able to pull out a ball of energy about 1 foot radius !

ok, now there is one thing that you shoud be warned about.
don't be fooled by this hot air thing. your hands are hot, so the air can get hotter just because your hand is passing heat to it !

how do you know its energy your feeling ?
that's what you ask... simple, you'll know its your energy when that same AIR between both hands starts to rotate !
believe me, if you did it right, you'll do sens the motion between both hands.

i must say that i also at once... feeled like my hands were pushed form each other by a strange flow of heat. that was freaky. also, remember that unlike DBZ, that energy cannot be seen. so you won't be seeing anything, you'll just feel it rotate in a way or the other ! if it become to intense and your hands are too close, you can also feel the energy pushing the hands because it need more space to expend. but it can take much or less time depending on the person. it took me about 5 minutes to get that much energy and i was training for the last 10 daysl, before it happend !

oh man i can't beleive i missed this post..

karma that hot feeling in your hands is not "energy" its just you body heat because your hands are so close together.

and also when you concentrate does your face turn red.if it does it is just your blood vessels rushing to your face. :laugh:

you kids read to many mangas or watch to many cartoons.

but martial arts well i guess you have this elevated feeling that is sorta like energy but i think its more of a spiritual thing.

but hey if you want to beleive in this more power to you! maybe I'll hear about it later and feel stupid saying it couldnt happen.
